Rachel Vermillion is one of the few photographers to offer photojournalistic style to clients in eastern Colorado. A journalist for over 15 years, Vermillion has developed an eye for telling stories and her own unique style.
Her work has earned Press Association awards and has appeared in national publications. Her photography has appeared in three gallery shows, the most recent, “Photos from Out Here,” featured photos of eastern Colorado side by side with prose from her upcoming work of fiction.
Vermillion lives in rural Lincoln County, Colorado. She and her husband, a fifth generation farmer, are raising their son on the family farm.
